Crosslisting
Crosslisting puts one item on several marketplaces. Ripple fills each marketplace's form with the item's details in that marketplace's own words: categories, sizes, conditions and colours.
List one item
- Open the item, or tick it in Inventory.
- Press List on… (or + List on … in a marketplace's column).
- Tick the marketplaces and press List.
eBay, WooCommerce and Discogs go up straight away through their APIs. Vinted, Depop, Facebook and Causee become jobs for the computer that does jobs, which fills in each form, publishes it and links the new listing to the item.
List many
In Inventory, tick the items, then Crosslist in the bar at the bottom. Items missing something a marketplace needs (a category, a size, photos) are skipped, with the reason.
Vinted goes one at a time
Vinted limits how fast an account can work, so Ripple spaces Vinted pages out about a minute apart. If Vinted asks it to slow down, Ripple pauses Vinted for a while and carries on later by itself.
If a listing stops
Ripple's panel on the marketplace page says what it needs, for example "Fill in Brand on the page, then press Continue". Do that on the page and press Continue, or Start again from the top. If the marketplace refuses Publish because a box hasn't taken a value, Ripple fills that box again once and retries before asking you.
