Sales and delisting elsewhere
When something sells
- Ripple spots the sale: eBay, WooCommerce and Discogs on the server within minutes; Vinted, Depop, Facebook and Causee on the computer that does jobs.
- The item is marked sold and the 🔔 at the top rings (with a chime).
- With auto-delisting on, the item is taken down on every other marketplace. Items with a quantity above 1 have their quantity lowered instead.
Everything is shown in Inventory › Sale detection: each marketplace's result, from "Set out of stock ✓" to anything that needs you.
Auto-delisting
Settings › Sale detection › Auto-delisting: a switch per marketplace, and what to do there:
| Marketplace | Choices |
|---|---|
| eBay | End listing |
| Vinted | Delete, hide |
| Depop | Delete, mark sold |
| Mark sold, delete | |
| Causee | Close listing |
| WooCommerce | Mark out of stock |
| Discogs | Remove listing |
A marketplace that's off is left for you: its sales wait in Sale detection. If you switch it on later, the server catches up on the last 30 days.
Not really a sale?
In Sale detection, ↩ Undo, not a sale removes the sale and puts the item back in stock.
